Job Description

Lead and manage an inside sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Provide guidance, support, and performance coaching to team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an inside sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee lead generation, qualification, and customer interactions.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales and BFSI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• CTC Package upto :3.00LPA
