Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Channel Manager to oversee and expand our life insurance network. This role will require recruiting, training, and motivating agents to help meet the sales goals and maintain company and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage life insurance agents to build a strong and successful sales team.
- Provide regular support and training to agents to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Develop strategies for agent growth and ensure they meet both individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor agents’ adherence to industry regulations, policies, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 2+ years of field sales experience in any open market.
- Proven ability to manage and improve sales agent performance.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance market and regulations.
