We’re looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to help grow our agency partnerships and strengthen our presence in the life insurance market.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners to strengthen connections.
- Identify and acquire new agency partnerships to expand market presence.
- Provide sales strategies, support, and training to help agency partners succeed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Mandatory.
- A strategic, results-driven mindset focused on growth.
- Must be local to the area.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build strong partnerships.
- CTC Package:3.00 LPA
- 2+ Years of experiences in Field sales
