Job Description

As a Direct Sales Executive, you’ll represent our insurance company, building connections with prospective customers and offering a diverse range of insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Assess customer needs and offer customized insurance solutions.
• Promote and sell a variety of insurance products, including life, health, and property coverage.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be a local candidate.
• CTC Package upto:3.20 LPA
• 2+Years of Field sales experiences.
