Life Insurance is looking for dynamic individuals with sales and marketing experience to drive growth in the agency channel.

Role:

• Build and maintain relationships with agents, providing continuous guidance and support to meet sales targets.
• Recruit and train agents to ensure they meet Life Insurance’s sales standards and performance goals.
• Promote and sell Life Insurance products, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

• Graduation is a must.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Valid bike for fieldwork and travel.
