To grow the company’s presence in a specific area, the Area Business Development Manager works together with agents. To ensure sales targets are met, you will recruit, train, and support agents.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Locate, recruit, and prepare a team of agents.
- Devise plans to assist agents in achieving sales targets and boosting productivity.
- To ensure optimal performance of agents, it is essential to provide ongoing instruction and feedback.
- Monitor rivals and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist agents in achieving their sales goals through collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s rules and policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- It is obligatory to graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any industry.
- A track record of successfully leading a team and hitting sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- The capacity to develop growth strategy and evaluate performance statistics.
