Sales Relationship Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Relationship Manager to manage and grow a client portfolio, drive sales performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Act as the main contact for clients, answering queries, providing guidance, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings to present products/services, negotiate terms, and finalize deals.
- Develop customized sales proposals and pricing options based on client needs.
- Monitor client feedback and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, client management, or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
