We are looking for a results-driven Unit Sales Manager to lead a sales team, drive sales growth, and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years.
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales.
- Qualification: Graduate
