As an Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of agents to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Address customer issues and maintain high service standards.
  • Manage marketing activities to increase the agency’s presence.

  • Monitor agent performance, offering feedback and coaching.
  • Provide regular updates on team performance to senior management.
  • Create strategies to boost revenue.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
