Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the sales team, offering leadership and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory.
  • 2+Years of field sales experiences.
  • Age Criteria:21 to 38.
