Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of agents, ensuring they meet sales objectives, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the overall success of the agency. This role involves managing sales performance, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and monitor sales objectives for the agency.
  • Ensure superior customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive business.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track agent performance, provide coaching, and offer constructive feedback.
  • Submit regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within any sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and effectively managing teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide a team toward business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
