Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager with at least 1 year of sales experience to lead business development in the assigned region. The role involves managing a sales team, identifying new opportunities, and building strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team in the designated area to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
- Local candidates are preferred.
CTC: Up to 3.80 LPA(depends on interview)
