Job Description
Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Advisors
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of Advisors by sourcing and hiring agents
- Work with agents to plan and track their activities and goals
- Achieve business targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Ensure adherence to product mix and business standards
- Organize customer meetings to understand needs.
Eligibility:
- Graduate is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years in sales (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durables)
- Local candidates preferred.
- Age: 21-38 years.
- CTC Package upto:3.20 LPA.
