Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of advisors and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Advisors.
• Collaborate with agents to set and track sales goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Maintain product mix and ensure compliance with business norms.
• Organize regular meetings with customers to identify their needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate is mandatory
• At least 2 years of Field sales Experiences.
• Must be a local candidate
• Age: 21-38 years
• CTC Package upto:3.50 LPA.
