Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Plan and review sales goals, targets, and activities with agents regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors.
  • Promote company products through the partner network to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve sales targets by ensuring partners meet their objectives.
  • Provide training and support to partners on product features and sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in channel sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate channel partners.
  • Age: 21-35 years.
