Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Plan and review sales goals, targets, and activities with agents regularly.
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors.
– Promote company products through the partner network to drive sales growth.
– Achieve sales targets by ensuring partners meet their objectives.
– Provide training and support to partners on product features and sales strategies.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
– Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Minimum 1-2 years of Field experience.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to manage and motivate channel partners.
Age: 22-40 years.
