Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to oversee business growth within a designated region. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading a team of agents to meet sales targets and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to ensure team success.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to meet sales targets, identify new opportunities, and improve overall sales performance.
  • Analyze the market to understand customer needs and evaluate competitive offerings.
  • Create focused strategies for agents to target key customer groups and drive growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
  • Must have been a local resident or native for at least 3 years.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with agents and clients.
