We are looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to sell life insurance products through bank branches, working closely with bank staff to drive sales and promote insurance solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and employees to generate leads.
- Conduct quick needs analysis with walk-in customers to identify suitable insurance solutions.
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of life insurance products.
- Inspire and encourage bank staff to recommend policies to clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and service standards.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A graduate degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Must have been a local resident or native for at least 3 years.
- Basic understanding of banking and insurance operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
