Job Description: 
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region by recruiting, managing, and developing a team of high-performing agents. This role is vital in achieving sales goals while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract, onboard, and train agents to build a strong sales network in the region.
  • Design and execute plans to enhance agent performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Mentor agents, offer regular guidance, and provide feedback to optimize productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure agents have the resources and support needed for success.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to assess data and develop strategies for business growth.
