Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement channel sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with partners to promote mutual growth.
  • Provide training, tools, and resources to channel partners to help them reach their sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree is required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, including some leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Age Requirement: 21 to 37 years
  • Compensation: Fixed salary + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
