Job Description

he Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific region, developing strategies to drive sales growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to the team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare regional sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Age Criteria :21 to 38
  • CTC Package upto 3.50 LPA
