Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Jamshedpur and Ranchi. In this role, you will assist the sales team in achieving their targets, fostering client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement effective sales strategies.
Provide support to the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
Assist in training and onboarding new sales staff, equipping them with knowledge of products and sales techniques.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty.
Stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in field sales or a similar role.
Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
