Client Relationship Specialist

Job Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with its clients or partners, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term professional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align client needs with company offering.
• Negotiate and review contracts or agreements with clients as needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective client interactions.
• Focused on understanding and meeting the client’s needs.
• Ability to manage and resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
• Capable of managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Comfort with identifying opportunities and closing deals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2+Years of Field sales experiences.
• Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies
• Age Criteria:21 to 38.
• Fix CTC + Incentive
