Job Description
An Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for overseeing the sales operations in a designated geographical area. They lead and support a team of sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets are met, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to adapt sales strategies.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2+Years of Field sales experiences.
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies
- Age Criteria:21 to 38.
