Job Description
A Sales Development Executive (SDE) is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities for a company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and build a pipeline of potential customers and decision-makers.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent and personalized communication.
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly activities and performance metrics.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure continued interest.
Qualification:
- Graduate is mandatory.
- We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales.
- Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years
- Fix CTC + Incentive
- Candidates will be on the payroll of organization.
