Area Associate Manager
Job Description
An Area Associate Manager is typically a support role within a larger management structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring the performance of various business units and departments in the area.
- Assist in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the assigned area.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Area Manager and senior leadership.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and work to implement corrective actions.
Qualification:
- Graduate is mandatory.
- We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales.
- Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years
- Fix CTC + Incentive
- Candidates will be on the payroll of organization.
