Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you should be working in coordination with the sales team and the Sales Manager.

Roles and responsibilities

• Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
• Attending meetings and daily standups.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.
• Ensuring the store is well stocked and restocking them as and when required.
• Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.

Candidate requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
• Experience:1 to 2 year in sales and marketing.
• Age 21 to 38 years.
