Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee our Agency Business Partner Vertical. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Agency Partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of on-roll Agency Partners (Sales Managers) to achieve business targets.
Develop strategies to acquire new clients, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Agency Partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines; prepare and present regular performance
