Job Description

Join our team as a Sales and Agency Growth Manager to drive business development in the life insurance sector. Your primary responsibility will be to grow a network of successful agents while ensuring high levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents.
  • Train and coach agents to effectively sell life insurance products.
  • Set and review performance targets for agents on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Monitor agents’ progress and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Support agents in achieving their sales targets through effective leadership and guidance.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership or agency management role.
  • Deep understanding of life insurance products and the industry landscape.
  • Strong team management, motivation, and coaching skills.
