Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager by helping the sales team achieve their targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibility:

Support the management of daily sales operations and assist in setting team objectives.
Provide training, coaching, and motivation to enhance the performance of the sales team.
Track team and individual performance, identifying areas for improvement and offering support.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with broader company goals.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Field sales.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Graduations mandatory.
CTC Package upto:4.00 LPA.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
