Job Description

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical region.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • 2+years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
