Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage life insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and development to ensure agent success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience within an open market.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and market dynamics.
