We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Team Leader to drive the growth of our Agency Channel in a specified region. In this role, you will manage a team of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified financial advisors, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s values and goals.
- Offer regular training and support to enhance advisors’ knowledge, skills, and overall performance.
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with your team of advisors to ensure their success and retention.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on the team’s performance, providing updates to senior management regularly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have completed a graduate degree.
- At least 2+ years in sales and marketing across any industry.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team towards business goals.
- Exceptional skills in building relationships with agents and clients to ensure long-term success.
