Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to reach and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance analysis.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Equip agents with effective techniques to target high-value customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any industry.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide the team towards business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with both agents and clients.
