Key Role 

Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of financial consultants(FCs)

Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance

Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.

Candidate profile : 

Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing

Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing

CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Candidate must be a locality
