The Business Development Manager drives sales and growth in a designated region by recruiting, training, and managing a team of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents.
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance their sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents for retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Track performance and report updates to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation required.
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in any field.
- 3+ years of in native or residential.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
