Job Description

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic area by managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets within the area.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
  • Ensure effective distribution and supply chain management in the area.
  • Report on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 2+  experience in sales management or business development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
