Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage our sales team and help the company grow. The right candidate should be good at motivating a team, reaching sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support the sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Reach out to new customers and increase sales.
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Create and follow sales plans to grow the business.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Age: 24 to 38 years.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be local candidate.
