Job Description
A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve goals.
- Ability to close deals, negotiate terms, and handle objections effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2+Years of Field sales experiences.
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies
- Age Criteria:21 to 38.
- Fix CTC + Incentive
- Must be a local candidate
