Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Kasaragod. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience and a strong ability to identify business opportunities, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and direct sales efforts.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Kasaragod and nearby areas for client meetings.
