Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with clients or within the sales team.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the sales process.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year of field sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Ownership of a bike and a valid driver’s license is essential
