Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with clients or within the sales team.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the sales process.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of field sales experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Ownership of a bike and a valid driver’s license is essential
