Job Description:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving business growth in a designated region. This will involve recruiting, training, and leading a team of skilled financial advisors to meet sales objectives and foster success within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor financial advisors to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve desired sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; modify strategies based on performance assessments.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and track competitor activities.
  • Equip agents with effective tools and strategies to target high-value customer segments.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must have completed Graduation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing across any industry.
  • 3+ years experience in native or residential.
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with both agents and clients.
