As a Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on expanding business within a specific region by recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of financial advisors. The role requires driving sales growth and ensuring team performance aligns with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to hit sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with regional business goals.
  • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Offer regular coaching and feedback to boost agent performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Provide agents with the tools needed to target high-value customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate degree mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and team management success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
