Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Hassan. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in field sales and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups to drive sales.
Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Hassan and nearby areas for business development.
