Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or related industries. This role involves direct selling, acquiring new customers, and driving sales growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, networking, and referrals.
Develop and implement direct sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve sales strategies.
Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM tools.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, insurance, FMCG, or direct selling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Mysore and nearby areas for business development.
