Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct meetings, product presentations, and sales pitches with potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Travel within Bangalore and surrounding areas to meet potential clients.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Good understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or direct selling.
Strong networking and prospecting skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
