Job Description:
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for overseeing and directing sales activities within a designated region. The role includes managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of regional sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide support to regional sales managers and teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Establish sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds set goals.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support sales efforts.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
