Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth in Bangalore. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of high-value sales leads.
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Expand the company’s market presence in Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics in CRM tools.
- Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in business development.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
