Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Direct Sales Manager to drive sales growth in Dharwad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Life Insurance or BFSI sales. This role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales efforts.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Generate and manage leads, referrals, and client interactions.
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Work closely with the sales team and leadership to optimize sales performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and conversions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Travel within Dharwad and nearby areas to drive business expansion.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in Life Insurance or BFSI sales.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in business development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Dharwad.
