Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Front Line Sales Manager (FLSM) to lead and drive sales operations in Hassan. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role requires team management, sales planning, and revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Monitor and ensure the team meets sales targets, productivity, and business objectives.
Conduct sales training, performance evaluations, and daily huddles to enhance team efficiency.
Guide the team in lead generation, customer acquisition, and deal closures.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales initiatives.
Travel within Hassan and surrounding areas to engage with customers and partners.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong team management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, and business development.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Hassan and nearby locations.
